References to “Aldrenor,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Aldrenor Media Group and any relevant affiliates, subsidiaries, platforms or service providers acting on our behalf.

If you apply for a role at Aldrenor, we may process application materials, employment history, qualifications, references, interview notes and related recruitment information. We use this information to evaluate candidates, manage recruitment and comply with legal obligations.

Requests you send us

When you request institutional access, a corporate dossier or market-entry research, submit a research brief, ask to speak with the Research Desk, apply to contribute or send a research enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and, where you provide them, your organisation, role, telephone number and the markets, sectors and questions you describe. We also record which Law & Markets page or link led you to the form. We use this information to assess and respond to your request. Our basis is taking steps you have asked for before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Each request is seen only by the team responsible for it: institutional access requests by the team that assesses institutional arrangements; dossier, market-entry, research brief and conversation requests by the Research Desk; contributor applications and correction reports by the editorial team; and general enquiries by the team that directs them to the right place. A correction report is reviewed by editorial staff and is never treated as a sales enquiry. We send you an acknowledgement with your reference number. Please do not send confidential or privileged documents unless handling arrangements have been agreed.

Early access, alerts and briefings

If you register for early access, alerts or the briefing, we collect your email address, your name if you give it, your selections, the exact permission statement you agreed to and when you confirmed. We send nothing until you confirm your email address using the link we send, which expires after 48 hours. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Each list is separate from our other newsletters and from each other: every email includes links to change your preferences or unsubscribe from that selection, and registering does not create a paid subscription.

Service providers

We store this information with our database provider, Supabase, and send emails through our email delivery provider, Hostinger. Our hosting provider runs the website. These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

• Requests are kept while we deal with them and deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
• Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted 30 days after the confirmation link expires.
• If you unsubscribe, we delete your selections but keep your email address and the fact that you unsubscribed, so that we can respect your choice.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will show when changes were made. Where required, we may provide additional notice or request consent.
